DJI introduces it's smallest drone yet: DJI Spark

DJI, world's largest drone maker in the world,
introduced today their most portable drone yet: DJI Spark.

1. Gestures

You can control the DJI Spark through hand gestures,
moving the drone left and right and waving at it to come back to you from flight.

2. Size

The DJI Spark is tiny. With the take off weight of 0.6 lbs,
the Spark has smallest dimension fitting close to the size of an average hand (5.6" x 5.6" x 2.2"). 




3. Active Track

Similar to the Mavic and Phantom models,
the DJI Spark has an active track feature following you where your adventure might take you.

4. Price

The DJI Spark sells at $499 price point which is half the cost of the
DJI Mavic Pro and $200 cheaper than GoPro Karma.


5. Convenience

With size and gestures combined, along with the Spark's quick launch feature,
it is the most convenient drone allowing you to get it going in seconds. 


1. No 4K Camera

While the DJI Mavic and Phantom 4 line-ups have 4K cameras built in,
the DJI Spark has a 1080P 12 MP camera. 


2. 2-Axis Gimbal

The DJI Spark comes with a 2-Axis Gimbal,
unlike the Mavic and Phantom 4 3-Axis gimbals. 


3. Shorter Flight Time

At 16 minutes of flight time, the DJI Spark comes 11 minutes short of DJI Mavic's 27 minute flight time. DJI Phantom 4 Pro has approximately 30 minutes flight time.
